  • Continue stitching to end of strip and stop with needle down. Lift presser foot, pivot, and stitch across short end of fabric.

  • Tuck folded end of fabric strip under center circle. Note: The stitching line on the fabric strip will be located to the right.

  • Set sewing machine for a wide zigzag stitch, and stitch fabric strip to inner circle. After stitching about an inch, gradually reveal entire width of strip and continue stitching – meeting circle edge to edge of fabric strip. Zig in one fabric and zag in the other, while “kissing” fabric edges together.

The table topper is cute, and I’d love to win the clover clips. I do need to say one thing that you may find bothersome, but my pet peeve is finding websites with poor English or misspellings. I never thought I’d see it on Nancy’s website, but I couldn’t believe it when I saw “Seams” written consistently as “seems”. I’d swear that schools no longer teach English or spelling! Sorry, but it’s my biggest pet peeve, so please don’t be too upset with me, but please spell “seam” as “seam”! I can understand a misspelling once in a while – we all do it, but when it’s consistently incorrect, obviously someone doesn’t know proper English. You can remove this response if you so please, without any complaint from me, but please fix the spelling. Thanks!

The wonder clips are fantastic. Have used them to make masks ( so no pin holes). Never have enough! Have had a need for more clipping, so used clothes pin clips to fill in :). The table topper is great & can be created for any type of party. Will also make one to add to my Easter collection.
