I Sew For Fun Roll 'n Press by Nancy Zieman Productions for Clover

The Roll ‘n Press easily “rolls” on fabric to “press” seams or folds–without the heat of a tradition iron. The tapered wheel focus pressure on the seam and prevents seam impressions on right side of your project. The Roll ‘n Press is also ideal for paper piecing and laminated fabrics.

The Point 2 Point Turner is 7″ long and fits comfortably in your hand. The “2” main features include a fine tipped end for precision point turning, and a curved end for temporarily creasing seams and creases.

Her comment is: These beautiful fabrics bring fond memories of my grandmother. She would lovingly hand quilted gifts on her 2×4 wood frames. The design in this pattern makes your eyes look over the whole quilt. LOVELY!

Happy Sewing!

My next projects will be for my German cousins. One cousin just lost her husband to cancer. Several others are having heart problems. And we are all getting older. I would like to make a beautiful quilt for each one to help keep them warm in the cold winter they have in the Alp mountains.

I LOVE the new tools you have added to the sewing items for helping us sew. I would dearly love to get the thimbles as they were be perfect for sewing and quilting and so much easier on my Rheumatoid Arthritic hands. I keep quilting but this could sure ease the pain a little. Love the SIS videos and help they give. They remind me of how Nancy used to demonstrate things and made it seem so easy and encouraging to readers.

I am finishing up a rag quilt- with my own custom quilting designs- *(90″x90″) for our daughter for Christmas.
After that, my next projects are some of those neat potholders from the Stitch It Sisters, and to try to quilt a table runner. The quilt was a big job! so I am going to work on small items that I can finish quickly for a little while. The pot holders will be made as Thank you Gifts, so I have something ready to go.
