Peel, position, then press. Those are the three basic steps to creating wall art with my laser-cut appliqués. With Valentine’s Day just a month away, I thought you might like to get advanced notice on the easy, yet clever design, P.S. I love you!
When you remove the appliqué from the package, this is what it looks like. There are a few fabric tabs that must be clipped away. These tabs keep the design intact while in the package. You’ll be able to see right where to clip.
Then, remove the paper backing. I like to peel it away in sections.
Cut a rectangle of fabric. I used a gradated fabric, cutting it 17-1/2″ x 20-1/2″ to fit over a 11″ x 14″ stretched canvas. Center the design on the fabric.
