    I like the versatility tunics offer for embellishment or creative mixing of prints, lace and/or embroidery. There is so much more you can do with a tunic over a plain T-shirt. And, they look a little more dressed up with the comfort of a T-shirt

    I love to wear tunics during fall, winter & spring. I think they have an air of sophistication. They also look great with leggings or pants.

    Due to an injury to my ankle and leg that caused ugly scars, I wear mostly pants or on what in a while a long skirt. I love tunics that are long and flattering. This one can be styled in many ways.

    I like tunics because my body shape is changing. As I approach 60, my clothing isn’t fitting well, and I am uncomfortable. Tunics offer the opportunity for me to wear stretchy pants, currently in style, without my bulges showing.

    Tunics are the perfect answer to a multitude of issues. The caveat is that the must fit correctly. Regardless of height poorly fit tunics makes all the issues worse. So, I sew!

    I love to wear tunic tops to cover my bottom, hips, and middle section. The cowl neck helps to camouflage my mastectomy from breast cancer. I love tunic in the summer with a skirt for the same reasons.

    HOWEVER, THEY ONLY LOOK GOOD IF THE PROPORTIONS FIT

    I love tunics. They are comfortable and carefree to wear. I love the length of tunics. They are not short tops. They can also be either dressy or casual. I can’t wait to make my first tunic!

    I sure do love to wear tunics! I especially like that they are often longer in the back so there is never a worry of skin showing as I bend to care for my grandson! I can layer them too which helps me cope with a pain condition that, if I get cold, can make me ache terribly.
    I think they are probably a blessing for nursing mommies, too!

    Wearing tunics gives me a certain freedom, they are long enough to keep me covered while browsing at the public library or shopping for groceries. Watching the grandchildren? No problem! I love how flowing this pattern is and would love to make it. The largest (14-22) size is what I need for myself and my daughter-in-law.
